CELINA, Ohio, Aug. 8, 2023 — Laura Nieport, Business Data Analytics Manager at Celina Insurance Group, recently earned the Associate in Management (AIM) designation.

The AIM program is a specialized curriculum administered by The Institutes, an organization dedicated to providing accreditation and continuing education to insurance professionals. Nieport earned this recognition upon successful completion of four courses.

“The coursework for this program focused on change management skills, creating and leading a stronger team, making data-driven strategic business decisions, and building organizational resiliency,” Nieport said. “The knowledge I gained will help me and my team develop and achieve our goals for our department and the company.”

Nieport has worked for Celina for 17 years. A University of Findlay graduate, she also holds the Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) designation.

“The skills gained through the AIM program will significantly contribute to Laura’s development of Celina’s new Data Analytics area, enhancing our capabilities in this ever-changing field. Laura’s commitment to continuing education is an asset as we navigate new opportunities and challenges,” Jake Eilerman, Senior Actuarial and Data Science Manager, said.
