Simply submit a claim and schedule your service through Safelite.

If you would prefer to have a different vendor complete your glass repair, please call us.

Emergency Roadside Assistance

If your policy contains Emergency Roadside Assistance coverage, you have 24/7 access to roadside services. We are partnered with Quest to provide this service.

Auto Direct Repair Program

Through the Direct Repair Program, Celina has preferred partnerships with many local repair shops that offer excellent customer service and quality of work. If you choose a partner through our Direct Repair Program, the shop will guarantee the workmanship of the completed repairs for as long as the current owner owns the vehicle. You are not required to choose a preferred partner.

To use a Direct Repair Program shop, follow the steps below:

  1. Locate one in your area using our convenient map.
  2. Take your vehicle to the Direct Repair shop you have chosen.
  3. Provide your claim number to the shop.
  4. Advise your assigned adjuster which shop you took your vehicle to for an estimate.
