The Best Employers in Ohio program is coordinated by Best Companies Group in partnership with Crain\u2019s Cleveland Business and Crain\u2019s Content Studio-Cleveland.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a saying here at Celina: respect each relationship, preserve every promise. Everyone is respected, and everyone is promised the chance to have a rewarding career when they come to work with us,\u201d Bill Montgomery, Celina Insurance Group President and CEO, said. \u201cThis award shows that we\u2019re doing our part.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The annual statewide survey and awards program is designed to recognize the best places of employment. This is Celina\u2019s second consecutive year on the list.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCelina is made up of exceptional people, and we do everything we can to ensure their needs are met and their hard work is rewarded,\u201d Christine Purdy, Director of Human Resources and Facilities, said. \u201cWhether it\u2019s our company-sponsored events, wellness roundtables or the in-house fitness center, we\u2019re always looking for unique ways to enhance Celina\u2019s workplace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A two-part assessment process determined which companies made the cut for this year\u2019s list that honored 60 top employers. Best Companies Group analyzed each participating company&#8217;s workplace policies, practices, systems and demographics.
