Nieport earned this recognition upon successful completion of four courses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe coursework for this program focused on change management skills, creating and leading a stronger team, making data-driven strategic business decisions, and building organizational resiliency,\u201d Nieport said. \u201cThe knowledge I gained will help me and my team develop and achieve our goals for our department and the company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nieport has worked for Celina for 17 years. A University of Findlay graduate, she also holds the Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) designation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe skills gained through the AIM program will significantly contribute to Laura\u2019s development of Celina\u2019s new Data Analytics area, enhancing our capabilities in this ever-changing field.
