Each program includes seven courses and a test.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAlthough it took me a few years to complete, I am grateful for this learning experience,\u201d Black said. \u201cI\u2019m able to relate the content to what I do every day while improving the value I bring to our policyholders.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBy earning this designation, Jennifer has specialized expertise and knowledge to support our policyholders,\u201d said Brenda Gross, Claims Manager at Celina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Founded in 1914, Celina Insurance Group is a family of four mutual property and casualty insurance companies underwriting auto, home, business and farm coverages.
