Swaney earned this recognition after completing courses on insurance claims and ethics and passing the required exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs a claims representative, I interact a lot with our customers. To provide the best service, it\u2019s important for me to have a solid understanding of claims and the legal processes associated with them. I can take what I learned from this designation and apply it with claimants,\u201d Swaney said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swaney has been with Celina since 2016. She is a graduate of Wright State University and holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in organizational leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMegan has a wealth of knowledge about the world of claims thanks to her years of experience, but the field is always changing.
