The Institutes, an organization dedicated to providing accreditation and professional development opportunities in the insurance field, administers the required exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe CPCU coursework has given me a better understanding of how everything connects\u2014underwriting, claims, risk management and coverage\u2014so I can see the full impact of decisions, not just one piece of the process,\u201d Cox said. \u201cI enjoy the relationships I get to have with agents, customers, vendors and colleagues, and what I\u2019ve learned will help me communicate more effectively with each of them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cox has been with Celina for seven years.
